Carly Stiver, AMFT
Hi there!
I’m a therapist specializing in supporting individuals and couples who feel stuck in relationship patterns that are confusing or hard to change. Many of the people I work with are exploring how attachment, identity, and early relational or religious experiences continue to shape how they connect with themselves and others.
My work is grounded in a collaborative, client-centered approach that emphasizes nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and relational healing. I support clients in making sense of their patterns, building a more secure sense of self, and developing more connected relationships.
I work with concerns including attachment wounds, relationship anxiety and uncertainty, codependency, boundaries, grief, identity development, burnout, and the impact of religious or spiritual trauma.
I am currently under the supervision of Cadey Phipps (License #1348).
